Blood Pressure Monitor Wont Work Why Wont My Blood Pressure Go Down?

Why wont my blood pressure go down? - blood pressure monitor wont work

For about 3 weeks my blood pressure was higher than 196/115, but not under 138/78. Almost every day 145 to 160 over 80 to 94 After weeks of following the doctor finally put me on 5 mg of a calcium-channel blockers, and I was only 2 days. The whole day on it for about 156/86. Does it take a relatively long time to get into my system? I am 5 feet and 4 with a weight of 139 pounds, I can not walk, but not as much as before, and have also begun to reduce the salt and eat plenty of potassium.

It seems a little early to expect results of a drug and blood pressure is probably ok. The only smart thing to do is to enter a week, the continuation of the pressure control (a good idea) and see what happens. If you do not see results in one week (assuming you are getting the salt diet and tips to help you avoid, too), you would like to give a call to the doctor's office. You can only say, give the medicine time to work, but at least your mind will calm down.

Steady state of a 4-drug dose necessary at this time his blood pressure in this specific medicine to get better. 5-mg dose is very low.
