My mother-in-law is 84 and has congestive heart failure. It is treated by a cardiologist and take the medicine. He saw the cardiologist, two weeks ago he said his heart was somewhat stronger than in the last checkup. It does not change their medication. But there are days and times when the breathing is very difficult. His internist said it was normal for these attacks. What is fever?
