My mother had a ruptured blood vessel in the eye, but not subconjuctival "type. Doctors said it was likely due to poor circulation, and now a series of tests on her, especially her heart. I know that heart problems can happen to anyone who but my mother had never smoked, do not eat high cholesterol or high blood pressure, healthy, and I do not see the seriousness with heart.
